The latest Gears of War 3 sold 3 million copies in first week. Apparently the LEGO artist is not only satisfied with a copy, he want a LEGO Gears of Wars Lancer Assault Rifle.
PLUM B, a LEGO artist settling on MOCpages created the life-sized Lancer Assault Rifle, the workhorse of the COG Army in Gears of War video game series. As we can see from the images, the life-sized replica made with LEGO bricks features many details from the original MK 2 Lancer Assault Rifle such as the iconic chainsaw bayonet, a big cartridge and more. Most importantly, the Lancer Assault Rifle also has a clip-fed firing mechanism in the cartridge that allows you to shoot rubber bands, while the motorized chainsaw is perfect for melee combat.
